God has called us to be ministers of the new covenant and not the old covenant (2 Corinthians 3:6). It is absolutely important that you understand the new covenant and why we don’t minister the old covenant. This is an awesome responsibility at a time when there are so many doctrines that are flying around, in the name of “grace”. We ought to rightly divide the word of truth.
2 Timothy 2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth
This verse immediately begs the questions, “if truth is truth, how can anybody divide it wrongly? Should truth be divided or separated as if there are wrong things deposited in it that must be carefully removed, otherwise they contaminate the hearer”?
The answer is, “yes, truth can be wrongly divided”. That is why Paul commanded Timothy to be diligent! The need to “rightly divide the word of truth” is obvious and urgent, so that we don’t mislead believers and cause them to miss the blessing of God which they must enjoy whilst they are here on earth. The danger of wrongly dividing both the Old and Testaments is self-destruction and destruction of those that we lead.
Through this mentoring and coaching plan, participants will be grounded in the grace through faith message and see how to rightly divide the word of truth, both the Old and New Testaments. In addition, participants are shown how to develop leadership qualities as a lifestyle and effortlessly. This removes toil and sweat that has characterized many ministries and church leaderships, to effortless and “sweat-less” ministry. Strongly recommended for anybody in ministry or church leadership, or those that sense the call of God on their lives. Welcome!
